Ayurveda

Our Ayurvedic therapist Luana Tonelli talks about her training and her unique approach to the practice of the "science of life".
I was born with an inexhaustible curiosity towards everything that is apparently invisible to the eye but that touches us emotionally and changes us.
Driven by the search for wellbeing that brings happiness to me and those around me, I began my journey within allopathic medicine, graduating in dentistry in 2004.

In 2016 I approached meditation and naturopathy, looking for more complete answers to the human universe than those provided by traditional medicine. I discovered then the ancient Indian world of Ayurveda, "The Science of Life".

The circle closed: it became clear to me that we are at one with the environment in which we live. It conditions our wellbeing and happiness at any given moment.

While attending a Masters degree in Ayurvedic therapy, I found myself travelling through India and meeting exceptional Indian doctors, getting a deep understanding of their approach to health.

Today I carry those experiences with me and try to share them with those who feel the need to consciously feel good, offering remedies to the discomforts of everyday life.
